Paid digital token packs
30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a token pack, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Refunds are processed by our payment provider and reseller, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with your receipt, or contact us through Contact / Report with your account handle and purchase date.
Unused and duplicate purchases
If you were charged twice, bought a pack by mistake or did not receive purchased tokens, tell us promptly and we will work with Paddle to put it right.
Tokens already spent
Gameplay purchases and AI generation begin immediately at your request. Tokens already spent on a rename, takeover or generation cannot be restored merely because ownership changed, another player took over, a result was unpopular or generated content was not preferred.
Eligibility
Approved refunds return to the original payment method. We may decline requests involving abuse, chargeback fraud or breaches of the Terms. Processing times depend on the payment provider. Tokens have no cash value and cannot be redeemed or transferred.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights. Where applicable law gives you a cancellation right for digital content or services, we will request any legally required consent before immediate supply and explain how starting supply affects that right.
